Job summary

RRD is seeking an experienced electrical technician to install, modify, repair, and maintain electrical lines, circuits, and machinery components at our Ohio facility. The role requires hands-on work with tools and testing equipment and a strong focus on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in wiring, testing, and diagnosing complex circuitry, with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of construction, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated circuitry and controls.
• Ability to formulate layout sketches of required electrical circuits and wire test setups.
• Experience wiring test setups and installing strain gauge circuits and recording instruments.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical portions of test equipment during tests to determine malfunctions.
• Awareness of safety systems interlocks and failure warnings in complex designs.
