Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Electronics Technician III to perform advanced duties including teardown analysis, repair, and RCCA on electronic drives. You will coordinate with quality and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions.

The role requires onsite work, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to one week for field assignments. A minimum of three years in electronics is expected, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics or related field.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred.
• Strong technical background to troubleshoot systems, machinery, test equipment.
• Requires judgment to plan, perform, and decide failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Complete first level analysis and tear-down inspections on returned electronic drives within customer timelines.
• Repair or refurbish electronic drives as needed.
• Troubleshoot and determine root cause/corrective action (RCCA).
• Collaborate with QE and ME to implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Perform Oracle functions – look up BOM.
• Enter RMA data in Matrix and analyze.
