Job summary

CACI International Inc in Fayetteville, NC seeks an Electronics Technician III to join a mission-focused team responsible for maintenance, integration and testing of SATCOM systems. You should be able to lift 40 lbs unassisted and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

This full-time position requires a Secret clearance, a High School Diploma or GED, and formal electronics training (technical school or military electronics program).

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Formal electronics training from Technical School or Class A/B military electronics program or a four-year electronics apprenticeship.
• Training covers installation tasks, soldering, cable dressing, cable tray, conduit and making/repairing connectors.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

The Opportunity

Work with a motivated team to coordinate the maintenance, integration and production of systems in support of our Armed Forces. Be able to lift 40 lbs. unassisted. Frequently requires the ability to perform tasks alone, maintain established procedures and standards, and verbally and in writing communicate.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, integration and testing of SATCOM equipment. Open work orders and coordinate the return (RMA) of systems and/or equipment requiring Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) repair, and/or local vendor replacement.

Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or GED. Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communication, or four (4) year electronics apprentice program. Formal electronics training, to include: Installation tasks, soldering, cable dressing, cable tray, conduit and making/repairing connectors.

Previous SATCOM, software imaging/configuration and networking experience, Security +, skill with MS Outlook/Word/Project/Visio/Powerpoint, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment within a mandatory schedule.

Pay Range

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
