Job summary

Systems Technology Forum LTD (STF) is seeking an field technician to perform installation, repair, and maintenance of mass notification and security systems across various sites. The role requires traveling up to 75% to install, test, and service MNS, VMS, IDS and ACS systems, and to coordinate with installation leads.

A HS diploma or GED and electronics training are required. Experience with Hirsch, AMAG, DMP, Genetec, Bosch, Lenel, Milestone and similar systems is highly valued, along with

Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) year of practical experience.
• Knowledge of low voltage system installation, electronics repair, maintenance, testing, and system turnover.
• Experience with electronic and physical security systems.
• Experience with Hirsch, AMAG, DMP, Genetec, Bosch, Lenel, Milestone, and other security and mass notification systems.
• Experience in system installations, cable dressing, connectors, fiber optics, termination, and programming.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of MNS, ESS, VMS, CCTV, IDS, and ACS.
• Install conduit, cabling, equipment enclosures, and network hardware.
• Produce and submit required installation documentation.
• Travel up to 75% for on-site systems installations and maintenance.
• Assist with system testing and customer acceptance.
