The role demands dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform assembly, cable harnessing, SMT line operation, and basic board

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of hands-on electronics assembly experience.
• Soldering on through-hole and basic surface-mount parts.
• Familiarity with IPC standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronics assembly and prototype builds per drawings.
• Build wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Operate SMT lines and reflow ovens.
• Assist testing and document results.
