Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks an Electronics Technician 1 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit in a field role. You will install, configure, test, and maintain electronic security and IT equipment for federal, local, and commercial clients.

Key duties include site surveys, wiring, grounding, and ensuring NEC-adherent installations. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and safety focus are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Configure hardware/software, test systems, and provide technical support to customers.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and clear communication with team members.
