Job summary

Digital Dynamics Inc. designs and builds reliable, high-performance control hardware for semiconductor and industrial applications. The Electronics Technician I supports testing, troubleshooting, and repair of legacy systems to sustain production and service.

You'll diagnose failures, replace components, document results, and collaborate across production, quality, and engineering while following safety and manufacturing protocols. Prior experience with schematics and test equipment is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics, repair, or manufacturing preferred.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of legacy electronic assemblies and systems
• Diagnose and repair failures in aging or discontinued products
• Replace defective components and verify repairs using standard test equipment
• Work with limited or legacy documentation (schematics, work instructions, test procedures)
• Support RMA, repair, and sustaining production activities
• Document test results, failure modes, and repair actions accurately
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve recurring issues
• Escalate complex or undocumented issues to senior technicians or engineers
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing protocols
