Qualifications

2-5 years hands-on electronics troubleshooting, maintenance and repair in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
Electronic skills and basic technical skills are required.
Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Install and configure electronic equipment and systems per specifications.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot faults to minimize downtime.
Test equipment, diagnose issues, and calibrate devices to meet specs and tolerances.
Provide technical support to users and assist engineers with system upgrades.
Identify opportunities to upgrade systems for performance, efficiency, or cost savings.
Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, configurations and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve issues and improve productivity.
Monitor inventory of electronic components, tools and spares and keep stock levels adequate.
Train and mentor less experienced technicians and operators.
