Temporary Position - Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

• Work with blueprints, templates, sample parts, and process sheets.
• Assist in the preparation of molds and forms.
• Route, drill, trim, and sand parts to blueprint dimensions and tolerances.
• Prepare surfaces and paint composite components.
• Apply spray coatings using a high‑volume low‑pressure spray gun.
• Mix and pour epoxy resins into molds for transformer coils and components, ensuring proper degassing and vacuum pressure.
• Inspect finished castings for defects, such as voids or cracks, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Assist in the development of shop aids for fabrication, trimming, and assembly.
• Maintain quality control records and ensure a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and operating procedures.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered (non‑Sr., Sr., Lead or Manager). The compensation range for these roles is $27.00 - $33.00 an hour.
