We are seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit. In this role, you will be part of a team designing, engineering, integrating, operating, and maintaining electronic security services, including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audiovisual systems, IT systems, perimeter defense, and command and control systems for federal, local, and commercial clients across high-growth markets.

Responsibilities
  • Installing and maintaining electronic security systems.
  • Performing preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Conducting inspections, evaluations, and inventory.
  • Leading small to moderately complex installation projects.
  • Conducting and documenting daily toolbox talks.
  • Installing head end equipment locally and globally per design packages.
  • Programming head end equipment for access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems.
  • Troubleshooting and isolating system and hardware issues locally and globally.
Qualifications

Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants must undergo a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information. ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH clearance REQUIRED

Education/Experience:

  • HS diploma or GED, Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 hours), or
  • Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician or Electrical Apprenticeship program, plus
  • At least three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance experience.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Required Progressive Experience:

  • 6+ years in electronics installation and/or maintenance across multiple systems and customer programs.
  • At least 3 years focused on electronic security systems.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Desired Qualifications
  • Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS, CCTV systems (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Bosch, and others).
