Akkodis is seeking an Electronics Technician for a contract position in Mount Vernon, WA. The role focuses on vehicle/marine electrical installation and troubleshooting, with hands-on work in an electronics lab environment.

Onsite, first shift, pay range $30-$35 per hour on W2. Candidate should have experience with test equipment, reading schematics, soldering, crimping, and low voltage 12/24/48 VDC systems.

Job description

Akkodis is seeking an Electronics Technician for a Contract position with a client located in Mount Vernon WA. We are looking Vehicle/marine electrical training with emphasis on installation, and troubleshooting.

Pay Range: $30/hr - $35/hr on W2 (The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Work Setup: Onsite, Monday–Friday - 1st Shift 100% Onsite

• Vehicle/marine electrical training with emphasis on installation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience using instrumentation commonly found in electronics labs (digital voltmeters, ammeters, and other test equipment as needed).
• Experience reading electronic schematics, soldering, crimping, and assembly of automotive connectors.
• Familiarity and experience with basic shop hand and power tools and electrical installation and service tools.
• Prior background or experience in automotive/marine/heavy equipment low voltage electrical systems (12/24/48 VDC)
