Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola company, is hiring an Electronics Assembly Associate I for Culver City, CA. You will work on first or second shift in a hands‑on role assembling and testing advanced radios.

Responsibilities include testing PCBs, performing final assembly, recording data, and collaborating across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to deliver quality products on schedule. Training is provided, with opportunity for temp‑to‑hire conversion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong manual dexterity and experience with hand tools.
• Basic computer proficiency for production software navigation.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

(1st & 2nd Shift)

Location : Culver City, CA

Rate of Pay : $21.63 per hour

Assignment : Temp-to-Hire

Training Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (First Week)

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift : 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• 2nd Shift : 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

A Day in Your Life:

In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the forefront of technology, responsible for:

• Testing electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure top-notch quality.
• Conducting final product assembly and system-level testing.
• Recording and reporting production and test data with precision.
• Collaborating closely with our talented Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by sharing your valuable insights.

Who You Are:

You’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Education : High School Diploma or GED.
• Skills : Strong manual dexterity and experience with hand tools (screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, tweezers).
• Tech Savvy : Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate production software.
• Team Player : Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or testing environments.
• Familiarity with printed circuit boards (PCBs) and manufacturing quality assurance processes.
• A passion for hands-on technical work and a desire to learn.

Training & Onboarding:
