Job summary

Globalstar is seeking an Electronics Engineering Technician to support incoming product inspections, rework, and shipping/ manufacturing assistance. The role may involve helping build prototype products and conducting electrical and environmental tests under guidance.

The position emphasizes QA-driven documentation, test setup, analysis, and iterative improvements, with opportunities to contribute to prototype development and early product readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years' technical work experience.
• Familiarity with electrical principles and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Carry out product inspections and document findings per QA guidance.
• Assemble prototype models from engineering documentation and guidance.
• Set up test apparatus to conduct functional, environmental, and life tests on prototypes and production units.
• Analyze and interpret test data and identify next steps.
• Adjust and calibrate circuitry and components and record effects on performance.
• Write basic technical reports and develop charts and schematics to describe operating characteristics.
