Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for customers needing technical assistance.
• Respond via phone and email and follow up as needed.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues in electronics and A/V systems.
• Maintain records of problems and resolutions and contribute to process improvements.
