Advanced Charging Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Sustaining Production and Service Electrical Engineer to act as a technical bridge among engineering, manufacturing, service, vendors and customers.

You’ll train teams, create and update service docs, and provide hands‑on support to keep products running smoothly across lifecycle. You will work with design engineers, contract manufacturers and suppliers to diagnose issues, implement improvements, and drive corrective actions based on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in sustaining engineering, production support, test engineering, or product support.
• Experience supporting electronics in manufacturing or service environments.
• Exposure to ECOs, root cause analysis, and cross-functional engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between engineering, manufacturing, service, vendors, and customers to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot analog, digital, and power electronics in production, service, and field environments.
• Diagnose test failures, yield issues, and field‑reported problems.
• Perform failure analysis and root‑cause investigation down to component level (5‑Why, 8D).
• Implement corrective/ preventive actions, hardware, process, and documentation improvements.
• Support ECO/ECN processes, including schematics, BOM changes, and obsolescence resolution.
• Respond to Engineering Field Requests from service teams and customers.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, work instructions, and service procedures.
• Train operators, service technicians, and customers on products, processes, and corrective actions.
• Interface with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to support production issues and quality improvements.
• Support NPI processes including ramp, end‑of‑line test readiness and service documentation.
• Familiarity with wireless tech (Wi‑Fi, cellular) desired but not required.
• Experience with battery chargers for MHE or GSE preferred but not required.
