Job summary

Hark is seeking an exceptional Electronics Strategic Supply Chain Manager to own sourcing strategy, commercial execution, and supply readiness for critical electronics used in next-generation AI hardware. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic supply management for high-volume electronics.
• Direct experience with PCBA, EMS/CM, semiconductors, and related electronics across NPI to production.
• Proven track record negotiating complex commercial agreements with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to read and challenge supplier cost breakdowns and build should-cost models.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic sourcing strategy and supplier relationships for electronics commodities (PCB Assembly, EMS/CM, semiconductors, RF/connectivity, flex circuits, connectors).
• Lead end-to-end RFQ, supplier selection, sourcing awards, and contract activity (NDA, MSA, SOW, etc.).
• Drive BOM cost management, SMT/test cost, and capacity planning for production ramps.
• Manage allocation and long-lead risk across NPI and production, including lead times and NCNR exposure.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, liability coverage, warranties, IP protections, and capacity reservations.
• Support aggressive NPI builds and mass-production ramps with material readiness and supplier ramp plans.
