Job summary

Spectra-Tech Manufacturing is seeking an Electronics Solderer to hand-solder surface-mount and through-hole components onto PCB assemblies. You will use soldering irons, magnification tools, and hand tools to meet drawings, BOMs, and company quality standards.

Previous soldering or electronics manufacturing experience is preferred but training is provided. A pre-employment background check and drug test are required, and a $500 hiring bonus is available along with a $100 monthly attendance award

Qualifications

• Hand-soldering experience preferred but not required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow drawings, work instructions, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Hand solder surface-mount and through-hole components onto PCB assemblies.
• Solder wires, connectors, and other components as required.
• Follow IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 workmanship requirements.
