Job summary

PALS is seeking a full-time Electronics Service Technician to join their team on the West side of Willmar, MN. You will identify and resolve controller malfunctions in electronics and install and repair equipment at customer sites and in-house.

We will train you to tackle responsibilities, including using D365 for sales orders, providing customer education, and testing medicators. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and a starting wage range of $23.58 to $28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Related field preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold Minnesota driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to learn electronic equipment and procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronics with testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve controller malfunctions in the electronics department and at customer sites.
• Install and repair electronic equipment at customers' locations and in-house.
• Test and replace defective circuitry and components.
• Provide customer support and education on product use.
• Use D365 to generate sales orders and manage returns and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Answer questions and proactively communicate with customers and team.
• Collaborate with team to fix and test medicators.
