Job summary

Best Buy in Lone Tree, CO seeks a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of Best Buy for customers. You’ll train with the skills to confidently recommend tech products and services, and you’ll engage with shoppers to understand their needs across all departments.

You’ll perform product demos, answer questions, and make recommendations; complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges; help with in-store and curbside pickup; and stay current through ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
