Electronic Express is hiring motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our Huntsville team. Earn a base pay of $10/hour plus commissions, with an average biweekly commission around $900 and top performers earning $1,900+ biweekly.

You'll help customers select from TVs, appliances, computers, mattresses, and home tech, with paid training, ongoing development, advancement opportunities, employee discounts, and health insurance for eligible employees. A fast-paced, people‑driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a first-class shopping experience
• Guide customers through the sales process and identify their needs
• Recommend products and solutions that fit the customer's needs and budget
• Communicate the value of shopping with Electronic Express
• Build sales by presenting products, financing, protection plans, and other available services
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
• Follow merchandising and inventory standards
• Assist with cashiering, returns, customer financing, and other front‑end responsibilities
• Stay current on products, promotions, financing options, and company programs
