Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine pricing for electronics using our software and reference resources.
• Negotiate pricing with customers in a professional manner.
• Manage store budget, including expenses and revenue.
• Oversee inventory control and ordering processes.
• Supervise shift management and ensure smooth store operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle stock management and merchandising.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff.
