Job summary

Channel Partners is expanding its retail merchandising team across multiple locations in the United States. The role involves visiting assigned stores to set up and maintain consumer electronics displays, including TVs and audio devices, while building strong in-store relationships.

We provide paid training, a dedicated field manager, and flexible hours supporting a 20-hour minimum work week. You will work 20 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as demand grows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Must be proficient in using a personal Android or Apple device with GPS functionality.
• Must own a basic toolkit.
• Able to complete paid online training before working in-store.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products.
• Occasionally partner with team members to complete 2-3 person projects.
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships.
• Complete assignments as directed by your manager.
• Ensure reporting is completed on time from your personal mobile device.
• Schedule and complete work per CP Standards and Expectations.
