Job summary

Channel Partners is expanding its field operations and seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to visit assigned retail stores, install and maintain electronics displays, and support in-store projects. The role offers weekly pay, paid training, and flexible hours with some weekend shifts during peak periods.

Ideal candidates may come from general retail, grocery, home improvement, tech support, cosmetics, or installation backgrounds and will receive comprehensive training to perform

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred.
• Able to complete paid online training before working in-store.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores in your territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install electronics displays and products (TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones).
• Collaborate on 2–3 person projects (e.g., appliance or TV installs).
• Build and maintain in-store relationships.
• Complete assignments as directed by your manager and report on time from your mobile device.
• Follow CP Standards and onboarding materials.
• Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx for store delivery.
• Other tasks as requested by management.
