Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to visit assigned stores, install and audit electronic displays, and build positive relationships with in-store staff. You will work a flexible schedule averaging 20 hours per week, with occasional weekend hours, and receive paid training, mileage reimbursement, and drive-time compensation.

No prior industry experience is required; comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support will equip you with essential retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, or retail experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores within your territory to conduct visits.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (TVs, tablets, headphones, etc.).
• Collaborate with team members on 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installs.
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships with staff and management.
• Complete assignments on time as directed by your manager and report via your mobile device.
• Schedule and complete work per CP Standards and onboarding guidance.
• Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx and bring to locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
