ActionLink is seeking a part-time Retail Display Installer for Findlay, OH to install and maintain promotional displays at major retailers. The role covers Findlay and surrounding areas with up to 15+ hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm, no weekends.

Pay is $19.00 per hour for general merchandising, with higher rates for technical projects. W2 employment includes weekly pay, optional 401(k) with company match, travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Must have driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Technically capable: internet access, GPS-enabled device, and basic hand-held tools.
• Willing to travel within territory and potentially cover larger regions.

Responsabilités

• Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
• Schedule: up to 15+ hours per week, Monday-Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm; no weekends.
