ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Fairborn, OH and the surrounding area to enhance store displays, set up promotions, and monitor planograms. You will visit major retailers within an assigned territory, completing scheduled projects weekdays 8am-5pm with no weekends.

The role offers pay at $18.00 per hour, weekly payroll on a W2 basis, paid training, and opportunities for higher-rate technical projects, plus 401(k) with company match, travel reimbursement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail work is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising within an assigned territory.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and with a small team.
• Must have internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS-enabled device; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for role-related travel.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Scheduling: Up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; no weekends or evenings.
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours with larger regions or travel.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit
