Qualifications

• Assemble/Calibrate/Test components, sub-assemblies and matching units.
• Solder PCB, wire harnesses, and basic wiring for test stand.
• Follow SOPs and manuals; raise issues when not available.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/Calibrate/Test components, sub-assemblies and matching units.
• Solder PCB, wire harnesses, and basic wiring for test stand.
• Receive priorities and work instructions from Supervisor and complete tasks on time; follow safety procedures.
• Execute SOPs and technical manuals; draft them if not available.
• Plan repair process based on troubleshooting and diagnose results.
• Record service logs, calibration data, billing hours, and draft quotes.
• Learn to use network analyzers, power meters, and oscilloscopes to test electronics.
• Packaging for shipping.
• Assisting in engineering.
