Job summary

The Panther Group in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an Electronics Repair Technician for first shift to test, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs and small electronic devices, including two-way radios. Training will cover ESD safety, quality procedures, and hands-on instruction.

You will work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and document repairs as part of the workflow. Ideal candidates have electronics training, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with soldering and electronic test

Qualifications

• Technical education or experience in electronics.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics at the component level.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams and documentation.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic components and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic systems down to the component level.
• Test and repair PCBs and electronic assemblies.
• Use soldering equipment to repair/modify components on circuit boards.
• Disassemble/reassemble small electronic devices including two-way radios.
• Perform surface-mount and through-hole soldering and de-soldering.
• Read schematics and electronic documentation.
• Use oscilloscopes, signal generators, and voltmeters for testing.
• Document repairs and enter data into systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
