This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise mobility, barcoding, data capture, and related equipment, with opportunities to grow technical skills and contribute to efficient repair operations.

Qualifications

• Must troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electronic equipment and devices.
• Ability to document repair activities accurately in company systems.
• Follows established procedures, instructions, and quality standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technology equipment and hardware issues.
• Repair electronic equipment by replacing defective components and making adjustments.
• Test and configure repaired equipment to verify functionality and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks and visually inspect parts for defects or repair needs.
• Document diagnoses, repairs, testing, and repair activities in company systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory and repair records; manage multiple tasks.
