Job summary

Cash Depot, Ltd. is seeking a Repair Technician to recondition parts and equipment and test reconditioned items for operational readiness.

The role supports a safe warehouse environment, assists with inventory and delivery preparations, and involves dismantling old machines, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and providing phone support to field technicians. Strong electronics experience and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• 1+ year of professional work experience; electronics experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn electrical/mechanical testing equipment.
• Operate within corporate policy guidelines and business practices.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker and problem-solver.
• Adaptable to changing duties.

Responsibilities

• Support a safe work environment and comply with safety programs.
• Meet or exceed quality and performance standards and improve efficiency with Lean tools.
• Recondition parts and equipment as directed.
• Assist with inventory, warehouse and delivery preparations.
• Dismantle old machines as needed.
• Clean, paint and maintain interior & exterior surfaces.
• Complete assigned tasks within scheduling deadlines.
• Provide phone support to Cash Depot field technicians as needed.
• Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Test required parts and equipment to verify operation before returning to inventory.
• Log daily assignments using relevant programs.
• Be a team player and help unify the team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
