Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electronics to component level.
• Soldering proficiency, including SMT.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and documentation.
• Experience using AGILE and MES systems for documentation and tracking.
• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and process equipment returned by customers for repair or exchange.
• Diagnose equipment failures down to the component level and confirm root cause.
• Prepare detailed repair estimates and obtain customer approval before proceeding.
• Perform rework, modifications, updates, and realignments to restore equipment.
• Document corrective actions, failure data, and test results in company systems.
