Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Repair Supervisor to coordinate repair activities in a high-volume environment. You will supervise a team of repair technicians, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of repairs while managing schedules, records, and safety standards.

The role requires electronics certification, soldering experience, and prior technical leadership. You will mentor staff, improve productivity, order parts, and provide escalated support as needed.

Qualifications

• Electronics certification required for repair supervision.
• Experience in circuit board soldering required.
• Previous technical management or leadership experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Effective verbal and written communication of technical information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing, repair, and refurbishing operations.
• Supervise repair technicians and assign tasks to meet deadlines.
• Direct wiring, soldering, and assembly of subassemblies for electrical systems.
• Train and mentor technicians to enhance skills and performance.
• Review work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain quality systems awareness.
• Provide status updates to customers and escalate issues as needed.
