Job summary

ER2 is seeking a Warehouse Team Member with electronics recycling or processing experience. You will play a key role in efficiently processing electronic goods and assisting in IT asset management programs.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with electronics, data entry, and safe handling of materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Expect to stand, lift up to 70 lbs, operate forklifts, and participate in cross-training across ITAD/ITAM tasks.

Qualifications

1–2+ years in electronics recycling, e-waste processing, ITAD/ITAM, or similar warehouse setting.
Hands-on dismantling electronics (desktops, laptops, servers, networking gear) using hand and power tools.
Familiarity with material sorting by commodity type (circuit boards, plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, batteries, wiring).

Responsibilities

Receive IT assets from major clients and document data in our system.
Weigh and input data, and research resale value for electronics.
Perform basic electronic testing and assist with demanufacturing as needed.
Sort materials and identify hazardous components; support logistics and client programs.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and balers; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Be prepared to cross-train to support ITAM/ITAD client programs.
