Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting and repair of servers to subassembly level.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as an Inspector or quality technician.
• Strong visual acuity and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to learn new applications and programs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Identify electronic components and use common electronic tools.
• Support subassembly and final assembly operations and testing.
• Perform final inspection and prepare quality reports.
• Verify repaired units meet standards of appearance and function.
• Read prints and interpret codes on wires and components.
• Inspect refurbished products before shipment.
• Provide feedback on observed trends or failures.
• Assist Quality Engineers with measurement analysis for launches.
• Ensure test equipment is calibrated and functioning.
