Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in quality inspections of electronic/mechanical assemblies.
• Experience with IPC J-STD-001 and ESD handling controls.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Proficient with inspection tools: microscopes, calipers, micrometers, height gauges.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspection to IPC/J-STD-001 and customer specs.
• Conduct visual inspection and solder joint evaluation.
• Verify SMT and through-hole components on subassemblies and finished goods.
• Use precision instruments to validate dimensional requirements.
• Document inspection results and maintain traceability in QMS/ERP.
• Raise NCRs and support root-cause corrective actions.
