Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Quality Inspector for a first-shift, onsite role in Largo, FL. The ideal candidate will inspect parts and assemblies for conformance to drawings and instructions, record discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy while upholding strict quality standards.

Qualified applicants will have a HS diploma, be able to obtain DoD security clearance, and ideally hold ASQ CQI or related experience. Excellent attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Inspects parts, subassemblies, units, and sets for conformance to blueprints and specifications.
• Determines acceptability and records discrepancies using standard inspection tools and gauges.
• Collects data and maintains inspection records; trains others on workmanship standards.
