Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure products meet established standards through thorough inspections. You will inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods using calipers, micrometers, and gauges, document findings, and collaborate with production and engineering to resolve issues.

The role requires 2–3 years of QA experience in manufacturing or electronics, strong reading of blueprints, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing or electronics.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with measurement tools and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections per specs and QC plans.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges accurately.
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials, initiating corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and daily logs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to investigate issues.
• Develop and improve quality control procedures and inspection criteria.
• Conduct first-article inspections and support new product introductions.
• Adhere to safety rules and quality management system requirements.
• Assist in internal and external quality audits as required.
