Job summary

HYVE Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Quality Technician to perform final and in‑process inspections and audits, ensuring builds meet specifications and customer requirements. You will document quality data, support root cause analyses, and help maintain ISO documentation in a hands‑on, in‑person role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma in Electronics/IT hardware preferred.
• High School diploma in General Studies required.
• No prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Performs final and in-process inspections and audits to ensure product builds meet specifications and build requirements.
• Coordinates product return to suppliers for corrective action.
• Complies with ISO and other quality system standards.
• Maintains data and logs on data quality, returned material, supplier information, nonconformance to build procedures, errors, findings and recommendations to use for trend analyses.
• Prepares required product return documentation to supplier for failure analysis and monitors corrective action response.
• May coordinate or assist in developing and maintaining ISO system documentation, including work instructions and departmental policies and procedures.
• Develops and follows audit plans and records findings to improve product quality.
