Safari Circuits, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and support projects from concept to implementation in our electronics manufacturing environment.

You will develop SOWs, business proposals, functional requirements, and project plans, coordinating with multi-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget. The role emphasizes strong communication, KPI management, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an appropriate business style.
• Ability to respond promptly to common inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to define, develop, and implement strategies contributing to the company and group's strategic direction.
• High performance orientation, attention to detail, market knowledge, and sound judgment.
• Ability to build and leverage partnerships, implement change, and manage projects.
• Proficiency in personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and email.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Define clear and concise goals and objectives within a project framework.
• Gather and translate project requirements for execution.
• Identify and manage project KPIs within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Forecast project budgets and staffing requirements for current and future site needs.
• Manage overall budget of assigned projects and ensure cost control.
• Develop and own project plans, establishing roadmaps with dates and deliverables.
