Job summary

Gentherm Incorporated is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead electronics programs from kickoff through launch, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality and purchasing to meet time, scope and customer expectations.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage milestones and risks, and drive continuous improvement across programs while preserving margin and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years as a Technical Program Manager for automotive OEMs and Tier 1s.
• Experience with software and hardware development in automotive projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams from program kickoff to production launch.
• Maintain EBITDA/Gross Margin by program and manage risks and milestones.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing and other stakeholders.
• Manage changes and lifecycle activities in PLM and support customer audits.
