Job summary

Silicon Forest Electronics, a subsidiary of Impact Electronic Solutions, is seeking a Production Planner in Vancouver, WA to develop and maintain production schedules, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Plant leadership to meet demand and optimize capacity.

The role leverages ERP/MRP systems, advanced planning tools, and analytics to drive on-time delivery and cost control; you will identify scheduling issues, implement improvements, and serve as the primary contact for

Qualifications

Four+ years of planning/scheduling experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
Strong understanding of master scheduling and forecasting.
Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work across departments.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

Schedule all areas to ensure on-time deliveries with maximum efficiency.
Provide clear production demand definitions to Plant leadership for staffing.
Develop detailed production schedules and report performance to schedule.
Coordinate production through inventory control, manufacturing, and project management.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Purchasing to meet demand and forecast capacity.
Coordinate material acquisition to support the production floor.
