Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is hiring Flex Team Members for our Refurbishing team in Onalaska, WI. This part-time, flexible role lets you sign up for available shifts based on your schedule and you can work up to 28 hours per week.

You’ll test and refurbish electronics such as tablets, laptops and servers, sort and track items, disassemble devices, enter data, and ensure quality standards to support reuse, resale or recycling.

Responsibilities

• Test and refurbish electronic devices like tablets, laptops, desktops, and servers
• Sort, clean, and track electronics that can be reused or resold
• Disassemble devices and remove usable components or materials
• Enter data into spreadsheets and our production system
• Sanitize hard drives and ensure devices meet quality standards
• Meet daily production and accuracy goals

Dynamic is hiring Flex Team Members to support our Refurbishing team. This is a part-time, flexible role where you can sign up for available shifts based on your schedule.

You’ll work on a variety of hands-on tasks helping prepare electronics for reuse, resale, or recycling—everything from laptops to servers.

Flexible Shift Options
Choose from 4-hour shift blocks Monday - Thursday:

• 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Work up to 28 hours per week
Pick the shifts that fit your schedule
Available shifts, Monday - Thursday
Stay active by working at least three shifts every week

Location : Onalaska, WI (Building A)
Starting Wage : $18.75–$20.75/hour (based on experience)
