Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or electronics training or equivalent.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing with mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot through-hole production equipment (including component insertion).
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery.
• Create and modify manufacturing aids/work instructions.
• Order shop supplies.
• Investigate recurring manufacturing problems.
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
