Responsibilities

Perform BGA device cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
Design standardized workflows for diverse components.
Analyze Control-Run project yield data and implement improvement plans.
Aggregate monthly PDCA results and communicate progress to clients.
Adhere to company policies in all operational workflows.
