Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Manufacturing/Process Engineering experience in Electronics Manufacturing
• Knowledge of components, PCBs, and chemistries used in electronics manufacturing
• Ability to design and implement processes meeting IPC-610/J-STD-001 requirements and optimize labor capacity, quoting and efficiency
• Effective written and verbal communication with suppliers, customers, peers and direct-labor personnel

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer documentation, quality requirements and Engineering Changes
• Design and develop processes and operator work instructions for automated and manual processes including inspection points
• Create SMT and Through-Hole soldering profiles and tooling
• Maintain customer Bill of Materials and assist with capacity modeling and labor quoting
• Ensure process parameters meet tolerances and IPC-610/J-STD-001 Class 3 requirements
