Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing/PCB Assembly Associate to manually place parts on circuit boards in accordance with workmanship standards. The role focuses on basic assembly, labeling, inspection, and using bar code scanners within a clean, organized environment.

Ideally, you will follow detailed verbal or written instructions, maintain progress reports, and work under supervision to ensure quality and efficiency while adhering to 5S and safety guidelines across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to present information to groups and respond to questions.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient with Windows OS and related software.

Responsibilities

• Place parts on circuit boards following detailed instructions and visual aids.
• Inspect parts for proper insertion and placement.
• Use bar code scanner and small hand tools.
• Maintain 5S order and cleanliness in the work area.
• Follow safety and security procedures and company policies.
• Prepare and assemble inserted components per specs and visuals.
