ActionLink is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser for Thousand Oaks, CA and surrounding areas. You will visit major retailers, assemble and maintain client displays, and ensure proper product placement to drive sales.

This role requires 40+ hours weekly with open availability Monday through Friday, and occasional travel outside the district. Benefits include health, 401(k) with company match, weekly pay, paid time off, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous merchandising or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to complete projects within a radius territory (Best Buy, Walmart, Target, etc.).
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures after each visit.
