ActionLink in Oxnard, CA, is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to enhance retail displays and drive sales. You will visit major retailers to install and maintain promotional setups, report outcomes, and support client brands like Microsoft and Samsung.

The role requires 32–40 hours weekly with weekday scheduling and travel as needed. A high school diploma and retail merchandising experience are preferred; access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license are necessary.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail merchandising or related experience desirable.
• Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail establishments within an assigned radius.
• Purpose: Turn shelves into sales magnets with proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Clients: Represent Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel and others.
• Scheduling: 32-40 hours per week with flexible hours Monday–Friday, typically 8:00am–5:00pm; some travel may be required.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each completed store visit.
• Travel: Willing to travel out of district when needed.
