Job summary

ActionLink, a retail staffing partner, seeks a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser for Montebello, CA and surrounding area. You’ll visit major retailers, install and maintain promotional displays, and report results from each store visit.

Typical hours are 32–40 per week, Monday–Friday, with no weekends or evenings. Compensation is $26 per hour, with benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, and a company match 401(k). Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail merchandising or related experience desirable.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow display diagrams.
• Tech-ready with internet access and mobile device.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retailers to complete projects within an assigned radius.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client displays.
• Represent clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Work 32–40 hours per week with weekday daytime hours; no weekends or evenings.
• Opportunity for additional hours if covering larger regions or other states.
• Submit digital surveys with photos for each store visit.
