Job summary

Narish International LLC in Livermore, CA is seeking an Electronic Component Kitting Specialist to support production, contract manufacturing, and repair operations. You will ensure inventory accuracy, material traceability, and smooth material flow on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include picking, verifying, and staging components from BOMs and pick lists; preparing production kits for contract manufacturers; supporting repair by pulling materials; verifying kit completeness and noting

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, work orders and related docs.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn ERP inventory systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy and material traceability.
• Experience in electronics/components handling and storage.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

We’re seeking a motivated professional to ensure inventory accuracy, maintain material traceability, and support efficient material flow throughout our organization .

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, verify, and stage electronic components according to approved pick lists, BOMs, and work instructions.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of electronic component identification, handling, and storage requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, work orders, and related documentation.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn ERP and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy and material traceability.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience performing inventory transactions, cycle counts, or inventory control activities.
• Familiarity with ESD handling requirements, IPC/JEDEC standards, and moisture-sensitive device (MSD) handling.
• Experience working within an AS9100 or other regulated manufacturing environment.
